The affirmative-negative tag does the same job as 对吗, a little more insistent.
Statement, + 是不是 / 对不对 / 好不好 ?
How it works
你们明天来，好不好? — you'll come tomorrow, won't you? It presses for an answer more than 好吗 does.
是不是 can also move inside the sentence to question one specific part: 你是不是不想去?
